_E_x_a_m_p_l_e _g_e_n_o_t_y_p_e _d_a_t_a

_D_e_s_c_r_i_p_t_i_o_n:

     Example matrix of 'genotypes' for each marker (rownames) and 162
     Arabidopsis thaliana  individuals (columnnames), as numeric values
     1, 2 or NA when missing:


     > data(genotypes)
     > genotypes[1:5,1:5]
